Mama Used to Say...

Our mom always said "fashion is an attitude" (Sorry Ted Lasso you did not come up with that one) and "Wear the clothes; don't let the clothes wear you". Growing up we hung out in her room while she got ready to go out with our dad. We liked to watch her as she looked through her clothes and accessories; choosing, trying, mixing, matching, deciding. She owned every look, from the everyday to the special occasions. Mom had presence. When she entered a room, people noticed. Thank you mom for showing us how to choose and wear clothes to make us feel confident and beautiful.

Ana- As I look through old photos of her, I can even see she had a favorite pose.
