Keeping "things" in their Place

Tatas, chachas, cakes, and butties; it does not matter what you call them, gravity will be calling on them to "come on down".

Ana- In my twenties, I did not not feel comfortable having small breasts. Now in my fifties, I am grateful for them most of the time. Mammograms and buying bras are still painful. My booty (the only real curve in my body); has been specially receptive to gravity's calling, after I turned 55. I like the shape of my back and I direct attention to it. I wear all of my V neck T-shirts backwards (spoiler alert!) so I knew I was going to have to do something about my booty. Thankfully I have started treating it with 20 minutes of pilates a day (ok..ok..sometimes I skip a day) with the instructors from Well + Good.

Corina- At 60, I can hardly say anything is in its place anymore. I try to be active but I do not exercise regularly. I enjoy walking outdoors or "forest bathing"(the Japanese practice of taking-in the forest atmosphere) which builds my stamina and helps relief stress. Unfortunately, this mindful practice has not returned my "parts" to their rightful place. I have learned that regardless of size, shape or style; wearing the right "undies" is extremely important. I search for bras and bottoms that fit right, lift as much as possible, and do not outline my bumps and lumps.
